Wet Hoppers (with or without stone remover): considerably improve the quality of washing and cleaning in the final stages of the processing line.
They can receive the harvest either dirty or clean and allow its rapid discharge from boxes, trucks or other containers without the risk of damage. In the version with stone remover, they have the additional advantage of removal of crushed stone and clods: the machine serves as a pre-immersion and dirt/debris collection system, preventing the transfer of such material to other equipment of the production line.

Destoners: separate rocks, stones and sand from the product by means of a vertical auger, that transports it out of the water leaving the first on the tank bottom.

Drum washing machines: effectively and gently wash fresh products, while removing earth and small stones. Designed to allow the products to be partially or totally submerged during the washing process.

Carrot Polisher: we supply the most effective cleaning and polishing system that exists today on the entire world market.

Sanitizing systems with ozone: the ozone applications in crop production, storage and processing of fruits and vegetables are countless.

Hydrocoolers: implement the hydro-refrigeration of the product by putting it in contact with cold water, allowing a very rapid cooling of the carrots. The Hydrocooler range envisages cooling products stored in boxes (single or double), bins or pallets.

Carrot roller grader: allows to separate the product according to its size. The rollers, fixed to an endless chain, run on a series of rotating ramps at a speed suitable to get the final result required and to produce a complete rotation of each piece: in this way it is ensured the accuracy of the calibration.

Carrot optical sorter: represents the state of the art of carrot sorting. It allows to select, calibrate and weigh all kinds of carrots, with no distinction as to the composition of the lot.
