Knife peeler
The machine consists of a frame that supports a sturdy drum with knives and an auger coaxial to it. The auger moves the product from one end to the other of the drum whose knives perform the peeling.
Suitable for peeling tubers such as:

– celeriac
Basket knife peeler
This peeler is suitable for processing vegetable products in small batches such as: potatoes, celeriac, kohlrabi, etc.
Thanks to the perfect adjustment of the knives and to the rubber coating of the side surface, the final product is perfectly peeled and “good looking”, without dents and with the removal of skin reduced to a minimum.
Multi-disc peeler
The multi-disc peeler allows to peel: potatoes, carrots, onions, other tubers and roots, partly fruit, such as apples, tropical fruits and other natural products.
Depending on the model and the product to be peeled, the capacity varies between 0.4 and 1.5 t / h.
The mechanical peeling process is continuous, and starts with blade, carborundum, or special discs (for onions).
