Box fillers
Our box fillers have been designed to fill crates efficiently and, at the same time, to safeguard the product; most of the damages it undergoes are caused both by its too rapid movement in the storage phase and by its fall from excessive heights. The Dynamic Flow Control ensures a very gentle handling of the product which, combined with the stacking/unstacking system, ensures that each container is filled quickly, safely and to the maximum degree.
The twin box filler is an automatic filler of two boxes, for potatoes and onions, capable of filling any type of crate.
Designed with respect for the product, it differs from others on the market because of the low working speed of the belt, which makes the product fall smoothly into the crate. This way, the crates are filled evenly and the product is respected.
Jumbo bag fillers
The jumbo bag filler has been designed to meet market demands and allow vegetable producers to fill all types of jumbo bags with the utmost respect for the product.
The filling of the jumbo can be done in 2 ways: automatic or manual.
